Their breakfast option with a spectacular view and also easy access to public transport is large and varied, put others we have been to shame: )

The staff here is very helpful and attentive, especially the food and beverage manager on the 18th floor.

The hotel is peaceful with caring staff, breakfast is sensational, incredible location specially in the restaurant the guy with curly hair;)))

Large and rich breakfast with a spectacular view over Istanbul and easy access to public transport, as example - well worth the money. Brand-new room and lovely looking for big kids.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, helpful and unique than other hotels I have visited. I was on business trip and would definetely stay there if I have to go back to Istanbul one day. Rooms are spacious and has everything, free internet in the room is an added value, free skype calls in the evening to my home country! Breakfast had many varieties and delicious.

Comfy rooms decked out nicely with everything you need like an iron and a separate cozy bed. 🛏️ Really enjoyed my stay here!

Excellent bathroom facility. Great flat screen tv. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice large safe in room for laptop and valuables. Free wifi and a cord to plug directly to internet on desk. Nice keyless entry and easy to use do not disturb/maid service lights. It is a nice comfortable room. The shower was large and very up to date. The hotel bar and restaraunt are good, nice excercise room and pool although we did not use them. Staff was helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby and a safe and less busy area of town. All in all it is a good facility. Elevators worked well. Never much of a wait. Customer service was good, ie, I asked for a power converter and one was brought to my room immediately.

I did not like the lack of options for bed cover for the night. The a/c did not cool during the night (kind of normal in European hotels) and the quilt/duvet was too warm with no alternative cover. Only 4 hangers in the closet. No drawers anywhere. No phone instructions for making any kind of call. (Although rates were reasonable once you figured it out). No concierge that I could ever find. Sometimes difficult to find an English speaking staff member which caused some problems when requesting information. Overall, not much to complain about that is serious. I would stay again, but may take time to ask for more hangers and a sheet or something.

Thank you all for a wonderful stay for another two nights. The room was good looking and large with great windows, I felt comfortable there. The location was good, close to The Game For Big Kids. It was located close to business offices and banks.

I truly enjoyed this well-organized and nicely designed hotel. the room was nicely decorated and well-appointed. - the hotel is easy to find, with attentive staff. - the incredible views to the sea from the room were breathtaking.

Very nice roms, good breakfast, nice personnel.

The room here is beautifully decorated and comes with a lounge area and video games, the breakfast spread is diverse, and the location is fantastic.
